This is a new midweek run to the Bruton Dovecote in Somerset where we can stop off for morning coffee on the way at the Old Brewery Cafe and Kitchen in Gillingham, have lunch at the Castle of Comfort Inn on the edge of the Mendips and an afternoon tea stop at Steeple Ashton near Trowbridge.Then its back to Wilton via the amazing A360 through Salisbury Plain.

I discovered this route while doing the 2025 SCERT and decided it would make a great club run. There are some amazing stretches of good roads covering about 120 miles with about 4 hours of riding plus stops.
